Base & Top Coat
Red Polish
Blue Polish
White Polish
A Toothpick or thin brush

How To:

*Always start by painting your nails with the base polish. This keeps nails healthy and strong, and also allows paint to be removed  off cleanly and completely.

=After this is dry, completely paint your nails with the pretty red polish. I borrowed my sister’s and it had cute sparkles in it that I think look great in this design! (Thanks Jill!)

=Next, take the toothpick or thin brush and make vertical lines with the white polish down your nails. Go slow, and try to do it in one swipe per nail. More than one swipe will make it look crooked. Put about 4-5 stripes per nail, if they are thin.

=Use the blue polish to form a semi-circle on the edge of your nail. This is easier than a french tip because it goes further into the nail! Start at a corner and bring it up then back down. This may need 2 coats to cover up the white stripes, depending on how dark it is.

=Go back with the white polish and toothpick to make the little stars on the blue. Slow & controlled will make them look best. (:

=Let dry completely before you cover with a top polish. This allows it to stay on longer without chipping and makes it super shiny! Perfect to show off at a barbeque.
